Our Freeze-Drying Process

Freeze drying Hi Chews creates these beautiful crispy pods.  Through our freeze-drying process, the flavors of strawberry, grape, and green apple almost melt in your mouth.  We monitor the freeze drying process of every batch to ensure the texture and flavors are consistent. The flavor remains from start to finish.  We will not sell candy that is under-done or over-done. 

Product Options and Packaging

Because of the size of the pods, Fruit Crisps only come in a medium bag.  Our bags are generously filled and double-sealed, with a food-grade moisture absorber to maintain freshness.  Weights may vary by approximately .5 oz due to the freeze drying process.
