Our Freeze-Drying Process

Our Honey Almond Crisps are another popular candy that we make.  If you love Bit O'Honey, but hate how they stick to your teeth, we have transformed them into a these bit sized cubes that almost melt in your mouth.   The flavors of honey and almond melt and combine in your mouth to shock your taste buds.  We monitor our candy through out the freezc-drying process to ensure they are the perfect shape and crispness. We will not sell candy that is under-done or over-done. 

Product Options and Packaging

Our Honey Almond Crisps come in a medium size.  The bag is packed to the top and double-sealed with a food-grade moisture absorber to maintain freshness.  Weights may vary by approximately .5 oz due to the freeze drying process.
